Error: No preview when opened due to Save Preview Picture not selected.
Error:
No preview is available for this file.
Cause:
The 'Save Preview Picture' check box in the 'Properties' dialog box is not selected.
Solution:
Select the 'Save Preview Picture' check box in the 'Properties' dialog box.
1) Open the file.
2) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Properties'. (The Properties dialog box appears.)
3) Click 'Summary' tab.
4) Select the 'Save Preview Picture' check box.
5) Click 'OK'.
6) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save' to save the setting.
NOTE: The preview will display in the 'Open' dialog box the next time the file is being opened.
